Notice Certification of Mailing Combine Tax 2024

This is certification under Sections 310(4), 31 & 336(1), 37 of the Municipal Government Act that 2024 Combined Assessment and Tax Notices were mailed to al property owners in the Summer Village of Pelican Narrows
Have been mailed May 24, 2024 for the Summer Village of Pelican Narrows.

Please Note: that all assessed persons are deemed to have received their combined Tax Notices
/ Property Assessment as a result of this notice.
Any assessed person who does not received a Combine Assessment and Tax Notices, is responsible for payment of all taxes owing, regardless of non-receipt of notice.

Property Taxes Due on or before June 30, 2024 Assessment

The Notice of Assessment date is May 24, 2024 any person wishing to inquire or make an assessment complaint should read and follow the instruction provided on bottom of Combined Assessment and Tax Notice.
Any person who wishes to file an assessment complaint may do so by filing a written complaint with the appropriate fee by August 12, 2024, at the Summer Village Office.
