Municipal Planning Services (MPS) is working with the Summer Village of Pelican Narrows to prepare a new Municipal Development Plan (MDP) and to update the Summer Village’s existing Land Use Bylaw (LUB) pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, as amended.

One of the most important steps in the planning process is to receive feedback from local residents, stakeholders, and neighbouring communities about the issues, opportunities, and constraints affecting future development in order to ensure that the policies and regulations of the proposed MDP and LUB are tenable, achievable, and reflect the values of the community.

The Council of the Summer Village would like to invite you to provide any comments related to the draft Summer Village of Pelican Narrows MDP and LUB (view links below).
